Before you get started, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria and understand the steps involved. Our goal is to make it easy for veterans and their families to access free digital skills training.

Check Eligibility
Must be a veteran, active duty member, dependent, or surviving spouse. Must reside in one of the eligible Texas counties: Brazos, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity, Waller, Walker.

Complete the simple sign-up form with your contact details

Initial Contact & Verification
We’ll reach out via email with next steps and instructions for submitting documentation. Provide your Texas ID and proof of veteran status (e.g., VA or DOD documentation)

Once verified, you’ll receive all the details to start the free Microsoft Office training program.
